This is a picture going more or less in the other direction. It is odd that someone would want to erect an illegal wall and live behind it.

A part of me likes it. Behind the individually-stained boards are two giant spotlights pointed right at my house. Above, behind, and inside it are about 100 strung, unshielded lightbulbs. Music often plays very loudly also.
